Refund policy

Due to the nature of the goods we sell and their often made to order status, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have grossly misrepresented the item(s) in question.

If you require a return or exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange it. Unsolisited returns cannot be accepted.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

If an item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately to resolve the problem.

Sweatshirts are custom printed to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we have sent you the wrong size, we will absolutely remake it for you in the right size when you return it. If we have sent you the garment you ordered, we will not be able to accept it for return as we have made it just for you. We do provide sizing information on the site, which acts as a guide when choosing your size.

In the event of a return or exchange we regret that we will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
