Shipping policy

Shipping is free for books within the UK. 

Everything is dispatched in 2-5 working days with the exception of P&C book subscriptions which are shipped on the 13th of every month.

Whist we are usually able to get your order to you within 5 working days, please allow 28 working days for delivery from date of dispatch to allow for the unpredictabilites of the postal service.

If you have not received your order after this time please contact us.

All items are dispatched from the UK. We send all inland parcels via Royal Mail. 

Parcels will not be registered or insured unless you ask us to do so and pay the appropriate fees. This means they will not have a tracking number. Please state in the "message to seller" at checkout if you would like insurance or a tracking number and we will contact you to arrange the extra payment if available.

International Shipping:

Sadly we are no longer able to offer international shipping.
