Terms of service
Please allow 28 days for delivery from the date your payment has been received.
Your parcel will not have a tracking number unless you ask us to obtain one when you place your order and have paid the appropriate fee.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have grossly misrepresented the item(s) in question. Returns and exchanges must be arranged immediately upon receipt. In the event of a return/exchange we regret that we will be unable to refund the cost of postage. Proof of postage should be obtained in case of loss when you return your item/s.
Sweatshirts are custom printed to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we have sent you the wrong size, we will absolutely remake it for you in the right size when you return it. If we have sent you the garment you ordered, we will not be able to accept it for return as we have made it just for you. We do provide sizing information on the site, which acts as a guide when choosing your size.
If you are overseas you may be charged additional VAT and handling charges by your postal carrier depending on the rules for your country. These are beyond our control and your responsibility to pay. Refunds will not be given should your parcel be returned to us as a result of your failure or refusal to pay these additional fees. Please bear this in mind when ordering. Please note that we are no longer able to offer international shipping.
